After the diagnosis, we order the right part for your specific model.

How long it takes depends on the delivery time of that part. For most repairs (screen, battery, keyboard, SSD upgrade, Windows installation) that is 1–3 working days after you approve.

For more complex jobs, you always get an honest estimate in advance.

€60. If we do the repair, the diagnosis is credited against it. If you decide not to repair, you pay €60 for the diagnostic work.

For MacBook repair, we're happy to refer you to an Apple specialist in the region.

Then you pay nothing for the repair.

We talk you through the situation honestly and advise you on alternatives, such as safely transferring your data to a new device.

With hardware repairs such as a screen, battery or keyboard, your data stays untouched. We still always advise you to back up your important files yourself beforehand. If you can't, we can do it for you after talking it through.

With an SSD upgrade or Windows installation, we decide together what works best: keeping your files or a clean installation. The choice is yours.

On repairs, you get 3 months of warranty on our work and on the part we install. On new products it's 1 year, or longer if the manufacturer offers that.

If the same fault comes back within that period, we fix it at no extra cost. New damage is not covered (think of a drop, moisture, misuse or work done by someone else), and neither is normal wear and tear. Not sure? Bring it in: we'll take a look and tell you the cost in advance.

Yes, by arrangement we come to your home or office in Hengelo and the surrounding area.

Cost: €45 per 30 minutes (minimum 1 hour = €90).
